Method
- Roast the Broken wheat (Dalia)
- Cut the vegetables in small pieces
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds
- Add the dalia and vegetable
- Give 4-5 whistles, dalia is ready
- Puree it in a blender
