Pumpkin Khichdi

Preparation Time: 20 Mins

Cooking Time: 5 Mins

Baby Age: 6-9 Months

Ingredients:

Moong Dal

Organic Brown Rice

Yellow Pumpkin

Pinch of Ghee

Cumin Seeds

Method:

Soak the daal and rice for 20 mins

Grate the pumpkin

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds

Add the daal, rice and grated pumpkin

Give 4-5 whistles, the khichdi is ready

Mash it for younger babies
